Placed an order tonight, drove to greenwood to pick it up, got home in Harrington to discover we were shorted a salad and an order of FF, we were supposed to get with our order. The salad came with my meal , but the FF we paid for. My wife called them and they said they would bring them to us. Well they never showed up, or called. They could of just said we'll give you credit in-stead of lying about it. This will be our first and last order from them. The food was at least decent, but customer service is the pits!
Absolutely garbage, very rude snickering telling jokes while on the phone, there were bones in MY SUB an the "manager" reponse, oh well eat around it. DO NOT RECOMMEND
I have ordered from here 4 times. 2 times our food was delivered by the kindest man! His name is David and he is so grateful for any tip. The last time I only had $2 and he just seemed so appreciative. The first time I gave him more and had to call and double it because of how grateful he was. Thanks for being awesome David! Because of you, Stargate has a new regular customer!!
Very good food, I eat here 3 or 4 times a week since I'm single and don't cook. Never had a bad meal here, always friendly service, quick and food prepared perfectly. I recently got my first pizza here and I believe it's the best In the area.
Pizza came all wrong and it took over 2 hours for the to redeliver... Fresh mozzarella Uhm no... Fresh basil... Yeah right.... No ingredients are fresh and the service sucks....
